Privacy Policy

Ventresca Ltd. is a men’s store at 145 West State Street, Doylestown, PA 18901. This policy covers ventresca.com. It doesn’t cover what you tell us in the store or over the phone, or other websites we link to, such as our social media pages.

We only collect what you type into a form on this site:

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), topic and message.
• Rental measurements: the groom’s name, the event date, and your measurements, such as chest, waist, sleeve, height, weight and shoe size.
• VIP list: your name, and the email address and/or mobile number you sign up with.
• Gift card orders: your name, email address, phone number and billing address; the recipient’s name and the shipping address; and the amount. Your card number is entered into a secure field provided by our payment processor and goes straight to them. It never reaches our servers, and we never see or store it.

When you place a gift card order, your IP address is passed to our payment processor to help it spot fraud. Like any website, our hosting provider also receives standard technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) when you load a page, to deliver and protect the site.

We don’t use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we don’t set cookies of our own.

• To answer your message and to schedule fittings and rentals.
• To prepare rental orders from the measurements you send.
• To charge for, fulfill, mail and support gift card orders, and to send you a receipt.
• To send VIP emails and texts about events and promotions, but only if you signed up for them.
• To prevent fraud and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing. We use a few service providers to run the site, and each only gets what it needs to do its job for us:

• Website hosting: hosts the site and runs its forms.
• Email delivery: delivers form messages to our inbox, and gift card receipts to you.
• Email and text marketing: keep our VIP lists and send VIP emails and texts.
• Payment processing: our payment gateway and the bank that processes our card payments handle gift card payments.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

If you join our VIP texts, we’ll send recurring automated marketing messages to the number you gave us. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Signing up is never a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any VIP email.
• Texts: reply STOP to any VIP text.
• Your information: to see, correct or delete what we have about you, email retail@ventresca.com or call (215) 348-3139. We may need to keep some records, such as gift card orders, for accounting and legal reasons.

Your browser may send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because we don’t track visitors across websites, and don’t let others do so on our site, our site works the same either way.

We keep messages and orders only as long as we need them to serve you and meet our legal and accounting obligations. VIP contacts stay on our lists until you unsubscribe. Every page and form is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and card details are handled only by our payment processor. No method of sending or storing data is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. Last updated October 3, 2026.
